    ive never tried persian food but i can safely say i was more than pleased with this experience! upon seating our server was very kind and patient with our pronunciations. very helpful and attentive! near the end of our meal she was happy to show us photos of their breakfast menu and it was extremely interesting! thank you! the seats were comfortable, and although the restaurant was cafe-sized, i found it to feel spacious and cosy regardless. we sat at a table, next time I'll try the booth. i love the colour scheme and artwork around the restaurant. it was also very clean and well maintained. we tried a variety of dishes. starting with the sides, we tried dolmeh, and the mix of 3 cold dishes. for that, we chose the zeytoon parvardeh, torshi mix, and sir torshi. my favourite of the sides were the dolmeh and torshi mix. all of the sides were full of flavour with robust and dynamic hints of all the ingredients. everything was so fresh. the dolmeh were so delicious with an amazing texture and some beautiful garnishes. now, for the entrees; we ordered the ghelmeh, lobiapolo, and akbar joojeh. each dish was served with great portions and a very delicious saffron rice. if i didnt have a small stomach, i would have eaten it all (as i dont know the traditional methods or classic flavours of these dishes, im only basing this off of what i tasted and thought! im no professional) the ghelmeh was incredible and i never would have thought that french fries could taste so good on a dish like this. i am curious to try the eggplant next time. the stew itself was great texturally and balanced in flavour. the lamb bits were perfectly cooked and very tasty. the akbar joojeh was heavenly and cooked to perfection. the butter and pomegranate sauce on the side was addictive and a table-favourite. the skin was so crispy and fresh, and everyone enjoyed a piece of the chicken. the chicken would literally melt in your mouth. the side salad was a nice touch to it, the other dishes included this as well. now the lobiapolo was my favourite. it reminded me almost of a richer tasting biryani, but also nothing like it at the same time. the rice was a perfect texture and the spices and tomato complimented the entire dish perfectly. this was actually our server's favourite too! and now i understand why. i recommend this dish out of all of them. next time i come, ill try the desserts and see what breakfast is like. amazing experience, recommended.

    I have been to this restaurant twice. Both times I had a wonderful experience. The booking system is very convenient and efficient. Very helpful, polite, and friendly staff. The food is great. I have tried Ghorme Sabzi, Baghali Polo with Mahicheh, Loghme Kabab, and Chenjeh. All of the are good. Stuffed olives (Zeitoon Parvardeh) is also my favourite. Customer service is excellent. They are patient with service and bringing menu, giving you enough time to chat with friends and family while choosing your food. If you are in a hurry, let them know beforehand. When I was there last time, I booked it for engagement celebration of a family friend. They surprised us with a complementary cake at the end. This has been my top 1 Persian restaurant so far.

    We had a fantastic experience enjoying a Kaleh-Pache brunch at Shemroon Restaurant.     I recently dined at Shemroon Restaurant & Bar and was thoroughly impressed. The lamb shank was a standout—tender, flavorful, and perfectly paired with aromatic fava bean dill rice. The chicken kebab was equally delightful, juicy, and grilled to perfection. The saffron rice accompanying both dishes was fragrant and complemented the meats beautifully.
